Blackberry Bakery is a bakery and cake house located in Kawasoti-2, Nawalparasi, Nepal. We specialize in premium cakes, pastries, and bakery products for all occasions.
Orders & Products
Placing Orders
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our cakes and bakery products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to photography and display settings.
Custom Orders
For custom cake orders, specific design requests must be communicated clearly at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to designs while maintaining the overall theme and quality of the product.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via email or phone after placing your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we dispatch or prepare your order for pickup.
Pricing & Payment
Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including cash on delivery, mobile payments (eSewa, Khalti), and bank transfers. Full payment is required before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Price Errors
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. We will inform you of any price discrepancies before processing your order.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Kawasoti and surrounding areas in Nawalparasi. Delivery availability and charges may vary based on location and order size. Please confirm delivery availability for your area when placing orders.
Delivery Times
We strive to deliver all orders on the requested date and time. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. For time-sensitive orders (birthdays, events), we recommend placing orders at least 24-48 hours in advance.
Receiving Orders
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available, we may leave the order with a neighbor or at a safe location, or attempt redelivery at an additional charge.
Store Pickup
Orders can be picked up from our store at Kawasoti-2, Nawalparasi during business hours. Please bring your order confirmation for pickup.
Cancellations & Refunds
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value.
Custom Order Cancellations
Custom cake orders require advance notice for cancellation as ingredients and preparation begin early. No refunds will be provided for custom orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your order due to quality issues, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. For pickup orders, inspect products before leaving the store. We will replace damaged products or provide a refund at our discretion.
Product Information & Allergies
Allergen Information
Our products may contain common allergens including wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. Products are prepared in a kitchen that handles all these ingredients. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering.
Dietary Requirements
While we offer some options for specific dietary needs (eggless cakes, etc.), we cannot guarantee products are completely free from any allergen due to shared equipment and preparation areas.
Storage & Consumption
Our cakes should be stored in a cool place or refrigerated. Fresh cream cakes should be consumed within 24 hours for best quality. We are not responsible for product quality issues arising from improper storage.
Liability & Disputes
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from or related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nawalparasi, Nepal.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
